Our specialists will take your requirements, specifications and desires to our production team and we will formulate an accurate price to complete your plaque. We will provide the price estimate via email and upon your approval, design will begin.
Once you have approved the estimate, one of our artists will begin the design process. Your specialist will provide you with a picture-perfect color proof along with written specifications of materials, size and mounting hardware for you to approve before we start production of your masterpiece.
Upon your proof and specification approval we begin the production process, which typically takes a few weeks. After production your plaque will be carefully inspected and packaged for shipping or local pickup from our showroom.
We will ship your plaque via UPS. We inspect all orders before shipping and they are insured to prevent loss in the unlikely event damage should occur. It is imperative that you open and inspect your plaque upon receipt for shipping coverage to be valid.
We will provide the appropriate hardware for your plaque to be mounted to the surface and substrate you specify when you placed your order. Please have a skilled contractor or maintenance person hang your plaque. Clean with mild soap, warm water and a soft cloth.
