Our specialists will send over a quote within 48 hours for approval. All estimates include sales tax and shipping costs, if applicable. There are no hidden or surprise fees. Once approved, we'll move your order to the in-house design phase.
During the in-house design phase, your specialist will work with you on your plaque design. We'll take as many rounds of revision as needed to perfect the layout.
We'll then receive a color proof from the foundry along with written specifications of materials, size, and mounting hardware for your review.
Upon your approval of the foundry proofs, your plaque will move into production, which typically takes 4-6 weeks. No changes can be made to the plaque once production begins.
We ship nationwide via UPS. Each order is carefully inspected before leaving our facility and fully insured to protect against loss or damage. Local pickup is also available at our storefront in Wayne, NJ.
Each order includes the appropriate mounting hardware for the surface specified during the design phase. An installation pattern is included for larger plaques. For best results, we recommend a skilled contractor or maintenance professional to handle your plaque installation.
