The specialist you speak with in step one will take your requirements, specifications and desires to our estimating team and we will formulate an accurate price to complete your plaque. We will provide the price via email and upon your approval, design will begin.
Once you have approved the price one of our artists will begin the design process and the same specialist you moved through step on e and two with, will provide you with a picture perfect color proof along with written specifications of materials, size and mounting hardware for you to approve before we start production of your masterpiece.
Upon your proof and specification approval we begin the production process which typically takes a few weeks. After production your plaque will be carefully inspected and packaged for shipping to the location you requested when you placed your order or to our showroom if you are a local customer that wishes to pick-up.
We typically ship via UPS but in some instances FedEx is utilized. Your plaque is inspected before shipping and insured to prevent damage loss in the unlikely event damage should occur. It is imperative that you open and inspect your plaque upon receipt for shipping coverage to be valid.
We will provide the appropriate hardware for your plaque to be mounted to the surface and substrate you specify when you placed your order. Please have a skilled contractor, maintenance person or "handy man" hang your plaque. Cleaning should be done with mild soap, warm water and a soft cloth.
